Welcome to Tampa Social Butterfly. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and entry into any event organized, managed, or ticketed by Tampa Social Butterfly via https://tampasocialbutterfly.com (the “Platform”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Ticket Purchases & Entry Policy
Valid Ticket Presentation: To gain entry, you can present your digital ticket directly from your email, your account, or as a clear screenshot of the QR code on your mobile device. Please ensure your screen brightness is turned up when presenting your ticket to the scanners.
Single-Use Entry: Every ticket generates a unique barcode/QR code. Once a ticket (or its screenshot) is scanned and validated at the gate, it is instantly marked as ‘Used’ in our system. Any subsequent attempts to use the same barcode or screenshot will be denied entry.
Duplication & Fraud: You are responsible for keeping your ticket and its QR code secure. Any attempt to forge or resell a ticket above face value will result in immediate cancellation of the ticket barcode without a refund, and entry will be denied.
Strict No-Refund Policy
All Sales are Final: Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.
No Exceptions: We do not issue refunds for personal scheduling conflicts, illnesses, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances.
Event Cancellations: In the rare event that a show is entirely canceled by the organizer (and not rescheduled), a refund window will be announced. Service fees and third-party processing fees may remain non-refundable.
Venue Rules & Right of Admission
Our events take place across a variety of locations, ranging from large public spaces and commercial venues to exclusive private residences.
Right of Refusal: Management and our on-ground security teams reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with any venue rules.
Private Residences: For events held at private locations, attendees must exercise the utmost respect for the property. Any damage caused by an attendee will be legally and financially billed to them. Wandering into restricted areas of a private venue will result in immediate ejection.
Security Searches: By entering the event, you consent to standard security searches of your person and belongings to ensure the safety of all attendees.
Media Consent
Crowd Release: By entering the event premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.
Commercial Use: You grant [Client Company Name], its affiliates, media buyers, and third-party marketing collaborators the irrevocable right to use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional materials, social media campaigns, and digital advertising globally, without any compensation or prior notice.
Third-Party Ticketing & Collaborators
Occasionally, our events may involve co-promoters or integrate with external third-party ticketing platforms (e.g., specific venue box offices).
While our Platform serves as the primary checkout and data architecture, you may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the specific physical venue or third-party collaborator hosting the event.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Personal Belongings: Tampa Social Butterfly and the venue owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Inherent Risks: By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event (including, but not limited to, injuries, sudden crowd movements, loud noises, and strobe lighting).
Changes to the Event
Organizers reserve the right to alter the event program, artist lineup, seating arrangements, or venue layout without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange.
